Uncorked - The First Annual Harrison Wine Fest

There are wine festivals and then there are wine festivals. We know that Uncorked will be the most memorable wine festival that the Fraser Valley has seen this year.

Take our esteemed Harrison Hot Springs hotspots and now add hand-crafted wines from our favourite local wine regions along with farm-fresh meats, cheeses and vegetables. Add a vintage flair and you have Uncorked! Never mind the views of the majestic Harrison Lake and mountain vistas, only steps from the Harrison Memorial Hall.

Uncorked is Harrison Hot Springs’ inaugural two-day destination food and wine event, showcasing the talents of some of BC’s most renowned wineries and local culinary personalities.

FRIDAY, APRIL 22
Will see a number of our participating wineries pairing a select group of wines with the culinary delights of Harrison's finest dining establishments, with Morgan’s Bistro, River’s Edge Restaurant, the Red Fort and the classic Harrison Hot Springs Resort's Copper Room all participating.

SATURDAY, APRIL 23
Sip, sample and savour your way to 15 wineries.  Mix ‘n mingle style, this adult-only event will feature tastings from local wineries with cheese, appetizers and  charcuterie samplings from our Circle Farm tour members provided by Muddy Waters Cafe

What:  Uncorked Wine Festival.
When:  Saturday, April 23, 2016 from 1:00 pm to 5:00pm
Where:  Memorial Hall on Esplanade Avenue
Why:  After inviting local breweries each year to the Craft Beer Festival, we thought let’s bring the local wineries too and celebrate with our farmers!
Cost:  $35 includes entrance to the event, all tastings and food samples!
$40 at the door

Four restaurants offering 4-course menus paired with one of the wineries attending our Saturday afternoon tasting. Please book directly with the participating restaurant to reserve your spot for this special intimate evening.


Friday, April 22nd - The Harrison Hot Springs Resort will be pairing with Backyard Vineyards from Langley. Offering a 4-course menu for $50 per person and will be held in the Canada Room offering a 40 person intimate dining experience. James Cameron, vintner for Backyard Vineyards will be on hand to share about the wines chosen. Call the Copper Room Restaurant at 604-796-4741 to book your reservation

Friday, April 22nd -  Morgan's Restaurant will be pairing with Cassini Cellars from Oliver. Offering a 4-course menu for $50 per person.  Call Morgan's at 604-491-1696 to book your reservation. 
Saturay, April 23rd- Morgan's Restaurant will be pairing with Kettle Valley Winery from Naramata. Offering a 4-course dinner $60 per person.  Call Morgan's at 604-491-1696 to book your reservation.
The Winery rep and a Sommelier will be on hand to answer any questions both nights.

Friday, April 22nd - River's Edge Resturant at Pretty Estate Resort in Harrison Mills. Just a 15 minute drive from Harrison Hot Springs. River's Edge will be pairing with Fort Berens Estate Winery from Lillooet. Offering a 3-course dinner for $50 per person. Call 604-796-1000 ext.221 to book your reservation. Wine rep will be onsite.
